The U.S. Protective Service ADS-360 Active Shooter & Action of Violence Counter-Terrorism Based Training & Protection Program, is the first program of its kind to employ the latest advancements in both communication and technology including LIGHTAWAY Egress Lighting Safety Systems.

Unlike conventional active shooter & action of violence training programs that focus mainly on run, duck and hide concepts, the U.S. Protective Service ADS-360 program is based on protect, defend and survive by delivering word class protection solutions that effectively impede, neutralize or deter the shooter in order to save innocent lives.

LightAway Egress Lighting Safety Systems has been selected by the U.S. Protective Service exclusively and based on DNA Mapping will be deployed as an ADS-360 primary countermeasure in the event of an active shooter or action of violence incident.

Is your building smart enough to save lives?

According to Homeland Security statistics, “the average police response time in an active shooter event is 18 minutes. And 70% incidents ended in 5 minutes or less. That’s why dialing 911 is critically important, but not more important than creating distance between you and life-threatening violence.”

Introducing the best one-two counter- measure against real-world reality! LightAwayTM, a dynamic integrated overhead lighting control package from VS Energy along with Gunshot Detection & Lockdown.

VS Energy has integrated gunshot detection to implement this one of a kind technology that can greatly reduce confusion and panic in an emergency situation. Pre planning an emergency exit is not the answer! What if the exit strategy leads directly to the fire or active shooter?
